- If the client cannot connect, check the connection settings and network.
- Audio transcription prefers the server-side Quality AMT backend and falls back to Basic Pitch if unavailable.
- iPhone, iPad, and Mac share the same backend and database.
- To delete data, submit a deletion request and we will process it manually.
- Audio transcription is included with the paid download and does not require a second in-app purchase.
